About the accommodation
A bright, spacious flat in the very middle of Fuerteventura, five minutes from the airport. Recently refurbished and furnished with everything you might need. There is a supermarket nearby, along with restaurants, parks, a shopping centre and plenty of beaches.
Wi-Fi is completely free: 300 Mb symmetrical fibre , so everyone can work, stream and video-call without a second thought.
You also have free access to the roof sun terrace , just up a short flight of stairs. It has sun loungers, a seating set, a shower and artificial grass — the perfect spot to sunbathe, read a good book or simply have breakfast in the Fuerteventura sunshine.
The flat has two bedrooms and sleeps four. It works beautifully for couples, families and travellers looking for a quiet base with everything within walking distance.

There is a bus stop right in front of the building, with services running throughout Puerto del Rosario, the island's capital.
We do recommend hiring a car to explore the beaches — each one is more beautiful than the last. Ask us anything, we are always happy to help.
About the neighborhood
Severo Ochoa Apartments sits in the Fabelo district of Puerto del Rosario, one of the best areas of the island's capital.
It is a calm residential neighbourhood with everything you need close at hand:
- Parking : free, and there is always space.
- Safety : a residential area where local families live.
- Shops : right below the flat there is a supermarket, a chicken grill and several restaurants. There is even a padel court nearby.
- Good infrastructure : well-kept streets, reliable public transport and easy access to the main roads.
- Cleanliness : streets and public spaces are maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Getting around : there is a bus stop right in front of the building, running across the capital every day of the week.

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. No pets. No parties or events. Please keep noise down between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am out of respect for the neighbours.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everyone was friendly, so we felt completely at ease. The beach and harbour are just under 2 km away.
