Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking under the following conditions:

More than 30 days before arrival: we’ll refund 100% of the amount paid.

Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Less than 14 days’ notice: the booking is non-refundable.

The notice periods are counted in calendar days up to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, by email or WhatsApp.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 14 days from when you notify us of the cancellation.

In duly documented cases of force majeure, we’ll make a good-faith effort to offer an alternative—usually a change of dates—before cancelling the booking.

If something unexpected comes up, get in touch before cancelling: we can almost always change the dates and find a better solution for both of us.
