About us
Severo Ochoa Apartments started out in October 2015 with a single flat, 1B. In 2016 flat 1C joined it, making up the two apartments we offer today.
That is more than ten years of welcoming guests without interruption, and a great many wonderful people met along the way. We keep a fond memory of every one of them, and there is nothing we enjoy more than seeing guests come back year after year, trusting us again with their holiday.

Getting here
We are about 6 km from Fuerteventura airport (FUE), roughly 10 to 15 minutes by car or taxi. If you travel by bus, there is a stop right in front of the building with services across the capital.
Parking
Free, on the street. This is a quiet residential area and there is almost always a space right outside.
Keys and access
We send you the access instructions before you arrive. If your flight is delayed or you arrive outside the usual hours, let us know and we will sort it out.
Internet
300 Mb symmetrical fibre, free in both flats. Plenty for working remotely or for several video calls at once.
Roof sun terrace
Guests of both apartments have free access to the roof terrace, with sun loungers, a seating area, a shower and artificial grass.
